全自動(dòng)磁粉探傷檢測(cè)流水線是主要為大批量的工件檢測(cè)而設(shè)計(jì)的,除人工觀察裂紋外,其它動(dòng)作均自動(dòng)完成。采用固定流水式,主要由電器控制系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械流水線傳輸系統(tǒng)和輸送式遠(yuǎn)離法退磁系統(tǒng)等組成。電器控制部分集中安裝在電源控制柜內(nèi),由磁化周向電源系統(tǒng)、縱向磁化電源系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)(包含PLC控制系統(tǒng))、復(fù)合磁化系統(tǒng)、紫外線燈及暗室系統(tǒng),暗室照明系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成;機(jī)械系統(tǒng)由流水線傳輸系統(tǒng)(由電機(jī)和輸送帶傳輸系統(tǒng)),電極夾持系統(tǒng)(氣缸和磁化電極)、磁懸液噴灑、過(guò)濾及回收系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,遠(yuǎn)離法退磁系統(tǒng)由高場(chǎng)強(qiáng)退磁線圈、減速機(jī)電機(jī)、輸送帶傳輸系統(tǒng)組成。
The full-automatic magnetic particle inspection assembly line is mainly designed for mass inspection of workpieces, and all other actions are automatically completed except manual observation of cracks. Fixed flow type is adopted, which mainly consists of electrical control system, mechanical flow line transmission system and conveying type remote demagnetization system. The electric appliance control part is centrally installed in the power control cabinet and consists of a magnetization circumferential power supply system, a longitudinal magnetization power supply system, an electric control system (including a PLC control system), a composite magnetization system, an ultraviolet lamp, a darkroom system and a darkroom lighting system. The mechanical system consists of assembly line transmission system (composed of motor and conveyor belt transmission system), electrode clamping system (cylinder and magnetized electrode), magnetic suspension spraying, filtering and recovery system. The remote demagnetization system consists of high-field demagnetization coil, reducer motor and conveyor belt transmission system.
一次性復(fù)合磁化可檢查出工件表面和近表面因鍛造、熱處理、機(jī)械加工和疲勞而引起的裂痕等細(xì)微缺陷,磁化噴淋后經(jīng)過(guò)人工觀察有無(wú)缺陷,設(shè)備探傷完畢后,由于批量較大,觀察完畢后由輸送帶退磁,速度快、效率高。
One-time composite magnetization can check out minor defects such as cracks on the surface and near surface of the workpiece caused by forging, heat treatment, mechanical processing and fatigue. After magnetization spraying, manually observe whether there are any defects. After equipment flaw detection is completed, due to large batch size, the conveyor belt demagnetizes after observation, with high speed and efficiency.
