設備為機電一體化，兩電極箱采用電動移動，氣動夾緊、無氣源可采用腳踏回壓夾緊，方便快捷、手動取下工件觀察或轉動工件觀察，主電路采用新型觸發(fā)模塊電路、邏輯斷電相位控制衰減式退磁、具有操作簡單、經濟實用的優(yōu)點，根據客戶需要可采用PLC進行系統(tǒng)控制，適用于各種零部件探傷，可采用黑磁粉或熒光磁粉檢測。

The equipment is electromechanical integration. The two electrode boxes are electrically moved. Pneumatic clamping and no air source can be clamped by pedal back pressure. It is convenient and quick to manually take down the workpiece for observation or rotate the workpiece for observation. The main circuit adopts a new type of trigger module circuit and logic power-off phase control attenuation demagnetization. It has the advantages of simple operation, economy and practicality. PLC can be used for system control according to customer requirements. It is suitable for flaw detection of various parts. Black magnetic powder or fluorescent magnetic powder detection can be used.
