熒光滲透檢測一般用于非磁性材料、鋁合金、不銹鋼葉輪、葉片等非多孔型材料和零件的熒光滲透檢查，包括加工缺陷和使用中產(chǎn)生的缺陷，適用于航空、航天和汽車零部件等項目的檢測。該設(shè)計和制造必須滿足HB/Z61-98、EN571、GJB2367A-2003等工藝規(guī)范要求。

熒光滲透檢測系統(tǒng)主要由自乳化滲透槽、滴落槽、溫水清洗槽、噴淋清洗及補充清洗槽、熱風(fēng)烘干槽、顯像槽，等多個槽體及提供熱水的熱水槽、檢測暗室、等組成；配套及輔助設(shè)施由電氣控制系統(tǒng)、氣動控制系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)、加熱及管路系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)水管路系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備組成。
