電池擠壓針刺一體機(jī)適用于模擬各類電池在使用，運(yùn)輸，儲存或處理家庭廢物時，電池遭受擠壓和針刺的情形，試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在20℃±5℃的環(huán)境溫度下進(jìn)行，將接有熱電偶的電池（熱電偶的觸點(diǎn)固定在電池大表面上）置于通風(fēng)櫥中，用直徑2-8mm的無蝕銹鋼針以10mm/s～40mm/s的速度刺穿電池表面的中心位置，保持任意時間并觀察其測試結(jié)果，電池不爆炸、不起火為合格。
