高空低壓模擬試驗(yàn)裝置針對UL、EN、IEC等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)要求而設(shè)計，在短時間內(nèi)達(dá)到樣品的低氣壓存放狀態(tài)，主要是模擬電池的航空運(yùn)輸，及電池高空使用環(huán)境的模擬，可自動控制試驗(yàn)周。
全程監(jiān)控箱內(nèi)氣壓變化測試結(jié)果要求電池不能爆炸或是著火。另外，電池不能冒煙或是漏液。電池保護(hù)閥不能被破壞，實(shí)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)的自動終止

1、抽真空控制方式（采用580觸摸屏儀表）,整個過程全自動工作,產(chǎn)品放入后-啟動抽真空即可；
2、控制模式：真空上限、真空下限、保壓時間、結(jié)束泄壓、結(jié)束報警等參數(shù)可任意設(shè)定（如圖）
3、機(jī)臺門口采用高密度性的硅膠密封條進(jìn)行密封；
