本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導(dǎo)率法，通過測試經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。

四、 在線分析總有機碳分析儀 儀器各部件的安裝、連接
開箱后，按以下步驟進行安裝：
── 根據(jù)裝箱單檢查儀器是否齊備。
── 確定儀器在運輸過程中沒有遭到損壞。
── 拆除機箱的外包裝，將其置于正確位置 。
── 檢查儀器保險絲是否裝好，連接市電電纜到接線端子。
── 根據(jù)安裝圖連接進液和出液管路 。
── 系統(tǒng)通電 。
Installation and connection of all parts of the instrument
After unpacking, install as follows:
Check the equipment according to the packing list.
- make sure the instrument is not damaged during transit.
- remove the outer packing of the case and place it in the correct position.
Check that the instrument fuse is fixed and connect the mains cable to the terminal.
Connect the inlet and outlet lines according to the installation drawing.
System electrify.
五、安裝
1 安裝位置的選擇
將儀器放在一個潔凈、無障礙物的平面上，并保證除儀器外還能承載 25kg的重量，為了便于散熱，請確保儀器的后面和兩側(cè)留有至少16cm的空間。
2 電源要求
電壓：220V ± 22V
電源頻率：50Hz ± 1Hz
3 環(huán)境要求
儀器應(yīng)在一個恒溫恒濕且適于工作的環(huán)境中進行。避免陽光直射和超常溫度；溫度過高（超過104°F，40℃）會導(dǎo)致運行失常，溫度過低（低于50°F，10℃）會導(dǎo)致測量值誤差過大。

Place the instrument on a clean, barrier free surface and guarantee the weight of the 25kg in addition to the instrument. Be sure to leave at least 16cm of space in the back and sides of the instrument for ease of heat dissipation.

3 environmental requirements
The instrument should be in a constant temperature and humidity environment suitable for work. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive temperature; the temperature is too high (over 104 degrees F, 40 degrees Celsius) will lead to abnormal operation, the temperature is too low (lower than 50 degrees F, 10 degrees Celsius) will lead to too much error in measurement.
